Great Swing.
Got this for our 2 week old daughter. So far we are very pleased with it. We own alot of Bright Starts items and love the quality. This uses 4 c batteries. Has a timer for 15-30-45 minutes if you want to use this feature. We usually just leave it on without using the timer. Very easy to put together. Does not seem to go through batteries alot. Good Swing
This swing is pretty good so far. My 3 month old, who is pretty big (90th percentile) fits in the swing perfectly. Not sure how much longer it will last though, if she grows any more, her feet will dangle over the edge! I would recommend this swing for newborn - 4 months old. It is super quiet (we used to have a Graco, and that one was LOUD), and the settings are very easy to use. It wasn't bad to assemble either (I did it all by myself...no hubby around!) you just need a screwdriver. I have the Pink Pastel one, and I love the colors and design. It is also very soft and comfy for the baby. My little one also loves the toy bar, and I love that it is so flexible so I can take her in and out of the swing easily. The only reason I didn't give this swing 5 stars is because the recline options don't seem very safe. Every time I put the swing in the upright position, it seems to fall back in the recline position. It scares me, but the baby is always fine, just jolted a little. But other than... Top to learn more

Wonderful Swing
My husband and I first purchased the Fisher Price "My Little Lamb" swing. Long story short, two returns later, we bought this swing. It is a great size, small and folds up easily for storage or travel. My daughter slept so well in this. Against my mother's advice I let her sleep in this during the night and she slept much longer than in her bassinet, giving me and hubby a little extra sleep. She transitioned just fine into her crib at about 1 month and now at 2.5 months sleeps for 10 hours!! So there, mother! :) During the day she loves to sit and watch the bugs hanging down, she thinks they are HILARIOUS! It is so much fun to see her content and happy.

My Sanity Keeper
I picked this swing initially because I liked that it was portable and folds. Most swings and bouncers on the market take up a significant amount of floor space and let's face it no one likes their house looking like a toy store. Overall it's good swing, it is the only thing that calms my son down which is why we love it even more. The seat is soft and plush, the toy bar doesn't look like much but for some reason my son finds the little characters amusing-he stares at them bats them every now and then. It folds up nice and compact, fits in my son's closet without difficulty. The seat is also easy to remove and washable which, for all you first time parents, is the best feature of any cloth material your child will sit in. Another wonderful feature the swing is quiet! I've tested several other brands and for some weird reason their swing mechanism is pretty loud. Better than the full version!
I had originally bought the full version while I was pregnant, put it together when I was 39 weeks along, needless to say it wouldn't work! I was so upset that I seriously think it triggered me to go into labor that night! I wasn't able to get to a store to return it until he was almost almost 2 weeks after having him. I found this one and went with it instead of the big one. Living in a town house you don't always have space to store stuff and this folds up nicely and I store it in the corner of my closet for him. He didn't like it at first, so I put it away and didn't bring it back out until he was about 3 months when he started having difficulties napping during the day. What do you know he loves it! He would fall asleep so easily, it's amazing what the rocking motion does for a baby. At 4 months and 20lbs he still uses it and it still holds him. I haven't had to replace the batteries at all yet and he uses it maybe 3-4 times out of the week. I also love that it is gender...

Best bouncer seat out there
We have twins, a boy and girl, and so have purchased both the pink and the neutral Comfort & Harmony bouncer. As these are my 4th and 5th children, I can testify to having tried many different kinds of bouncers. Before finding the Comfort & Harmony, I have never been perfectly happy with any of the ones I've used.The best features of this bouncer seat:-Toy bar that does not pop off every time you move the seat to a different location, and it EASILY slides back out of baby's face when you want to pick him/her up.-Two positions - works for newborns who need to lie almost flat and for older babies who want to look around. Most basic bouncers do not have this feature.-"Bounce mechanism" is different than most seats - it bounces from the back instead of having a seat attached to two bars that bounce from the bottom of the front bar. Lifesaver
This bouncy seat is fantastic! We've been using it now for three months. Obviously the colors and animals are adorable, subtle, and easy to look at. The seat itself is sturdy (my 22 month old has climbed into it and it held!), yet very soft and comfortable for baby. As a preemie my son suffered from reflux and this seat helped elevate him just right. I would place the seat at the highest incline just after he ate, then could easily recline the seat more once he fell asleep. My son slept in this seat exlusively for the first 6 weeks of his life before I felt comfortable allowing him to lay flat in his crib. The newborn insert is a huge plus as well since it snuggles the baby on both sides giving him a secure sensation. I despise musical boxes on baby gear, so I can't tell you about the tunes; but the vibrator was a tremendous help in soothing baby to sleep during those early weeks. I purchased this bouncer for my newborn and he seems to be pretty happy with it. My one and only complaint is that it seems to really chew thru batteries. It's a great bouncer but it becomes useless when the batteries are dead and I get sick of replacing them constantly.Customer Service: One of the legs did not fit into the frame of the seat properly. Perfect For Our Two-Month Old
After spending way too much money trying to find something that would actually keep our baby happy when we needed to set her down, I finally hit a home run when I found this. It's the one piece of baby equipment that actually calms her and that she likes being in without fussing.Some of the other reviewers said that this doesn't bounce enough, but I think it's just perfect. It's a nice, gentle, rhythmic, up-and-down bounce. (Note that if you saw this on display in a store and turned it on it wouldn't really bounce; it needs the weight of the baby in it to work.) Every baby is different, and maybe when our baby is older and heavier it won't be as effective, but so far for us this is just right. I will say though, as others have mentioned, there doesn't seem to be much difference between the "gentle" and "normal" bounce settings.One design feature I like about this bouncer is that the frame wires go around the top, so that when she's bouncing her feet are moving... Excellent Bouncer!
We love this bouncer! If I were to make a list of must have baby products, this would be on it for sure. Why we love it:*It does actually bounce by itself, which puts it far above the other bouncer we purchased initially*The bolster does an excellent job of supporting baby's head and making him feel snuggled and secure*The fabric is soft and cleans well*The strap that secures the baby in the bouncer is soft and comfortable, and does not dig into baby's legs*The nature sounds are very soothing-- help baby remain asleepThe one downside (and not one we experienced) is that the bouncer works with the weight of the baby to create motion-- our son was about 11 lbs. when we began using the bouncer, and it worked well but it works even better now that he is heavier.Judging from other reviews, if a baby is too light, the bouncing motion is not sufficient to soothe a fussy baby. Everything about this bouncer is great! I have two of them; one blue, one pink (boy/ girl twins). They have been wonderful! HOWEVER, I am shocked at this price. You can easily find this for over a hundred dollars cheaper, retail price, elsewhere on the internet (and in one store that I know of). I felt compelled to write this review because I couldn't believe the price they have listed here. This just can't be right. Look around. It will be easy to find. I LOVE the Bright Starts Harmony Bouncer. My son hates sleeping in his crib but he LOVES sleeping in this bouncer. It's very cozy and has a nice soft fabric. This bouncer is very soft and cozy, and my son looked very comfortable nestled in it. Unfortunately, we didn't use it for very long, because he preferred his swing. While this bouncer does have a vibration function, it does not have the self-bouncing option that some other bouncers do. He hated the vibration, and if I put him in it asleep while it was not moving, he'd usually wake up. I did occasionally put him down awake in the bouncer, but I didn't get as much use out of it as I would have liked.Also, the animals dangling from it are adorable, but as other reviewers have already mentioned, they are positioned oddly. They aren't in a place where the baby can really bat at them or see them well.Last but not least, if you are going to purchase this item, it's priced much lower at other retailers. Top to learn more
