Great headset and very comfortable
I work primarily out of my house and I am on calls 2-3 hours a day. I purchased this headset and the with the purpose of using this for VoIP calls. I have used this headset for nearly 2 weeks with the following call service: * Office Communicator and with Enterprise Voice * Messenger * Google Voice (from Gmail softphone plug in) * Magic Jack * Phone PhowerFirst, I run Windows 7 and when I plugged in the DA60 USB adapter, Windows detected the device and installed the driver automatically. (I didn't install the Persono Pro software. A great headset- Comfortable!
I work in a call center, and love how this can either be over the head, or over the ear. Its comfortable both ways and the sound quality is awesome! Very happy with this headset!

Good once you get it situated
I bought this to use without the over-the-head attachment. I wear it frequently, but take it off when not on calls. It works well but that's after a lot of fidgeting with the ear hook. Feels loose when I tilt my head, but I only do that to test it. Never noticed it being loose when I'm actually on a call. Sound quality is really nice even though it's not in your ear. As for comfort, I don't think I would like it too much if I had to wear it constantly, but for my needs it does fine.
