It Works and is a great product for ethnic, thick hair, soft or coarse
I've purchased this product from Sally's beauty supply and I used it on my scalp when I got my hair braided. It does have a little strange odor but you can easily spray a light all natural oil sheen on top of it and its gone. I just put it directly on my scalp and massaged it. I did it a few times a week and after I removed my braids, my hair was soft, strong, and it grew a lot. Its a good addition to any hair growth regimen that you currently have in place. My regimen to help my hair grow and become stronger, consist of this, carrot oil in the jar by organic root stimulator, and a spray by triple gro and hair vitamins by super hair energizer. Amazing results, but smells funny
Of all the hair products I've ever tried, this is the only one that gave solid results. My hair was soft, manageable and stopped breaking completely. It grew so fast my friends started asking me what I using and I was amazed as well. ONLY problem: this stuff smells funny. That's because it's free of articial perfumes and such, which was GREAT for my hair but cramped my social style. I stopped using Wild Growth due to the smell, but I'm going to try it again (I'm having a hair crisis!) and maybe use a sweet smelling natural oil or hair spray to mask the funny odor.

Great item, but don't buy this on Amazon.
This is a good product, within the first use I noticed my hair was softer and more manageable and I'm not completely 100% sure because I'm not the type of person to measure but after a few weeks I think I've noticed faster hair growth. With use of this everytime I felt that my scalp was becoming dry again, It solved my severe dandruff problem also. Great to put on hair before blow drying to not only protect from the heat but give you a frizz free smooth and shiny blow dry or straightener style with little to no breakage. I gave it 4 stars because SOME people may not like the smell, I found it quite to the contrary and I found it pleasant, has sort of a sweet smell to it, not amazingly good smelling but nothing to complain about at all. I'm not sure for people of nonafrican hair but I recommend it for African Americans of all ages (yes it's mostly, if not all. natural so it would even be good for use on babies and the toddlers) if you want faster growth, stronger ,softer and more...

Try it because it really does work!
A couple of years ago i got my hair cut really short because i had messed it up before and i HATED it! during this most recent summer, my hair was probably right at shoulder length, if not a little shorter. it's been growing but in the past few months ive been wanting my hair to grow extra FAST!! so for christmas i got the shampoo and conditioner. i've been using it for nearly a month now and it's grown a full inch. i was so excited! and the smell is great, when you wash w/ this shampoo&conditioner it gets SUPER soft and bouncy. my hair is almost down to my chest (my goal is the waist!) i recommend this product and i also recommend not using a hair dryer and to try not to use a straightener,(unless it's an emergency) because your hair gets a lot healthier the less you use heated products! :) but overall, great shampoo and conditioner, TRY IT!

Excellent product. Product works. A little challenging when one has color on their hair. Your color will fade a little. But this product is Great overall. I would recommend it! Hair growth excellent. It is important t use both the Shampoo and Conditioner together for best results.

This stuff is awesome!!!
In 2003, I donated my hair and hated it short. I found this product, bought it, and fell in love. In about 3 months, my hair grew a little over 3 inches! Incredible!!!I'm about to donate my hair again and am about to purchase it again. My hair won't be short for long. :-)I would definitely recommend this stuff!

Nzuri Elixir works well, both in look AND feel
I am extremely pleased with Nzuri. "Dry, brittle, lifeless" hair seemed to be the story of my life. I would move from that to OILY when I'd try a different product. Well, it might not have been oily but it looked that way. I have difficult hair (two-tone, slightly longer than shoulder length). Nzuri's 61 ingredients even tasted very good!
The first month I noticed a big difference on my face because I applied Nzuri topically at night and in the morning (just like the directions suggested). Altough I did not see any major improvement in hair growth, I had enough confidence to keep on it. By the third month I had very admirable improvmenet in hair growth too. Nzuri grew my 2 daughters' hair
Hi I am an African American lady who took my two daughters natural. We did the big chop and cut all of the relaxer out of their hair early last year. Well just like all little girls my daughters too wanted longer hair. We followed the Nzuri Grow Your Own Hair campaign to the T. For years my brush would be full of hair after brushing, so I started looking for regrowth products. They were all over priced. I came across these pills here, the price caught my attention. I really didn't expect it to work at such a low price. I have been using these pills for about a month and my hair is not falling out any more. I highly recommend this product. I am reordering more for my self and for friends and family members.I wanted to update this review, because after only 45 days (1 bottle), I have new hair growth, that is about 1 to 2 inches long. My hair is not as thin as it used to be.

They work! Six months and still going!
I've been taking these pills since December 2009, after I realized how badly my hair was falling out. I was rather oblivious to how much I was shedding until I noticed how many loose strands I'd be pulling out in the shower while shampooing, and although I'm aware hair is three times weaker when it's wet, it scared me. I went out the next day to buy things to make my hair strong again, such as shampoo without sulfates and these vitamins. I don't know how long it took before I actually noticed they were helping, I wasn't paying much attention because I was simply convinced they wouldn't help. But one day I realized not only was I leaving less hair all over the bathroom floor from brushing my hair, but I pull out a lot less when I shampoo my hair! Admittedly, I don't use the sulfate-free shampoo as much as I should, because my regular shampoo smells like apples and I love the scent, so I use that more than the other stuff. red pimento oil
this product is wonderful! i saw result in my daughter's hair and mine also within 2wks...my hair is thicker, stronger at the roots and healthy! ive been on Castor oil for yr and my hair has never been more healthy thank it is now...ive use the the pimento oil for 2months and it has the same effect as the Jamaican oil just a bit faster in hair growth. i love this product and will continue to use them on my family hair.

Great Product!
This product doesn't work right away. It took almost a month to see results. It re grew parts of my hairline where it was bald due to a micro braid being yanked out, and it also contributed to some of my hair growth. Must follow directions. I never washed out. Great Product!
I had an issue a couple of years ago with a birth control pill; needless to say it caused a lot of medical issues! One of which was hair loss. I went off that pill and my body was slowly getting back to normal, but my hair didn't seem to be recovering. I don't have a lot of hair to begin with and it's fine, but viviscal helped the hair grow back AND my hair is much stronger. There is less in my brush too. My eyelashes and nails are also thicker! I love it and still use it.

So glad I found this product!
After years of hair loss issues, I have finally found something that works! I have tried everything, particularly after having two children and going through hair loss situations after both births. I have only been taking this product for a month (along with Biotin supplements in the morning) and am noticing an incredible amount of growth. I was losing hair in clumps so that my scalp was clearly visible.
